Customer Policy
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in original bag with all labels | stickers | tags attached and in the same condition as when received.
- Returned items must be received by us within 21 days for a full refund to the original form of payment
- Email your order # and item you wish to return to hello@morrisondenim.com to request a return.
- Return labels are not provided for orders from Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii.
- Merchandise without original packaging bag subject to 15% restock fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable without exception
- All items marked 50% off and 70% off are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- We only accept returns that were purchased via morrisondenim.com. We will not accept orders purchased from other retailers sites/stores.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 2 days of date package was delivered, at hello@morrisondenim.com
- You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label you may print and $11.95 will be deducted when your item is processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.
