Customer Policy

    • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in original bag with all labels | stickers | tags attached and in the same condition as when received. 
    • Returned items must be received by us within 21 days for a full refund to the original form of payment
    • Email your order #, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return at: to request a return.
    • Return labels are not provided for orders from Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii. 
    • Merchandise without original packaging bag subject to 15% restock fee.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable without exception
    • All items marked 50% off and 70% off are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
    • We only accept returns that were purchased via  We will not accept orders purchased from other retailers sites/stores.

    • You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label you may print and $11.95 will be deducted when your item is processed.
